I have had an amazing experience with the support team at Goldline. I originally purchased the stainless steel gas cooktop, it had an issue with the auto ignition shortly after installation. It was handled promptly and rectified. A second issue popped up so I reached out again. It was handled again with the same promptness and resolved to my utmost satisfaction. I didn't have to borrow, beg or steal for a resolution, unlike many other companies I have dealt with over the years where you have to jump through a series of hoops just to get heard or believed. My main reason for purchasing from Goldline was because they are an Australian owned and operated company and have been around for a while now. I am so glad I did!!

The fault with a burner not lighting was taken seriously ... massive friendly communication and great techs who fixed the problem easily at no charge.

920mm glass cooktop
Hi to all potential future customers. We purchased two 920mm glass electric cooktops over two years ago. One for our selves and one for a tenanted property. Our tenants recently appear to have had an accident and cracked theirs. Goldline and all the various members that I talked to were interested and fair. No we were not covered by warranty but they bent over backwards to assist and even dismantling a new unit so they could sell me the glass top at a very fair price. A great product if used correctly would definitely purchase again if required for our own premises but maybe not for any tenanted properties.

I have just had my gas cooktop connected after a long wait for my cooktop to arrive (Covert Delays Unfortunately) and then before we had even started using it I dropped 1 of the Travets which broke. I rang customer help and explained what had happened and to my surprise the gentleman said “ no problems I will send you out another one and free of charge “ .it arrived 2 days later and I cannot recommend Goldline highly enough ther Cooktop and there Customer Service are First Class I will be letting all my friends and family know. Purchased - Upgrade Kit for gas cooktop. Initial enquiry was to confirm compatibility of accessories for existing stove. The service and product info provided made it a quick and easy purchase and a very easy facelift for our cooktop. Improved stability for cooking with cast iron supports, clean flame distribution with new burners, modernised look with new knobs. If anyone is considering a purchase that will last long term but can be freshened up periodically and parts replaced easily, I encourage them to consider Goldline. Friendly team, great products and service too.

After checking out all the stores and not finding what I was looking for at a reasonable price, I discovered the Goldline product online.
Due to the narrow benchtop I was really relegated to a handful of cooktops this and the one of the much better recognised names if I wanted ceramic.
Having had it now for a few weeks I am more than happy, works well as all the other features and being ceramic it's easy to clean.
I'd happily buy another one again regardless of the bench dimensions I had to play with - great unit

Wok and layout of burners means I can have 4 pots on the cook top at same time! It also slotted into the same hole from the old cook top.

I wanted to say I purchased a Goldline Ceramic electric Cooktop and am thrilled with the product. It replaced an old electric raised cooktop. I couldn't afford to remodel the kitchen, so therefore had to replace something which would fit in the existing counter top. A little bit of slicing off the current benchtop, and it fits perfectly. We installed this cooktop into an existing kitchen as we needed a slimline model to fit our narrow benchtop. I was pleasantly surprised with the cooktop I hadn't heard of this company before and was really pleased it was an Australian made product. I love the wok burner and the black glass finish is beautiful overall I am a happy customer and would purchase this brand again.

Good Guys Cockburn WA were amazing in sourcing and then arranging delivery of our Goldline Double Wall Oven the very same day we were in the store. The cooktop replaces our very old one - it looks fabulous and performs accordingly. Love it and highlly recommend.

I bought a Goldline 4 Burner from the Good Guys at a great price. It took three weeks for delivery and have been using it for a couple of weeks now and love it. It is easy to use, cooks well and is easy to clean. I am very happy with this product and recommend it

Goldline ELECTRIC COOKTOP RZ94T-1 Great Cooktop!!
Due to the narrow benchtop I was really relegated to a handful of cooktops this and the one of the much better recognised names if I wanted ceramic. The other one was a three hob and more expensive. I chose this one as for resale of the house as a 4 hob would look better. Due to price, absence of reviews and an unknown brand I just hoped that it would do the job. Having had it now for a few weeks I am more than happy, it has exceeded every expectation I would have had for the better known brand. It heats up quickly, great control on the heat settings as every setting is thermostat controlled and even offers excellent control in going down in temperature, which was a huge pain with all the other electric cooktops I have used both ceramic and solid element. I haven't played with the other settings like the timer and child lock but imagine they work as well as all the other features and being ceramic it's easy to clean. I'd happily buy another one again regardless of the bench dimensions I had to play with - great unit

I've had a Goldline 4 burner cooktop in my house for ten years and it's has been really great cooktop. I'm currently building a new home and installing another Goldline cooktop. Great Aussie made product.

Powerful wok burner fantastic
