300g of glass noodles
200g of seafood
100g of green peas
2 cloves of garlic
1 bell pepper
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Salt and pepper according to taste
Shell the seafood. Make a mixture of the soy sauce and lemon juice and pour it over the seafood. Let it marinate for twenty to thirty minutes.
Put the noodles into boiling water for five to seven minutes. Drain the water.
Fry the sliced bell pepper, stirring constantly. Add the green peas and garlic.
Add the seafood and stir-fry everything for five to seven minutes.
Toss the noodles together with the seafood.
Before serving, sprinkle the dish with the finely chopped greens.
